1. Liquid filtrate of snail mucus secretion
2. Snail mucin (dehydrated with the help of freeze-drying filtrate of snail mucus)
The main production is the cultivation of snails of the species Helix Aspersa Muller (for this period of time) and the extraction of cosmetic raw materials from the extracted mucus of snail secretion (MUCIN), which contains active biological substances and is used by the cosmetic industry.
Production includes: snail cultivation, collection of snail mucus, hydrolysis of the collected mucus containing active substances, filtering with a special filter unit using antibacterial filters, cleaning, including using a centrifuge, sterilization and packaging followed by freezing. On our modern European equipment, mucus is collected without additives, as well as without the use of acids and reagents.
Some consumers may be concerned about whether the snail survives the secretion process. We emphasize that in the separation mode "without liquid" 99% of snails remain alive. And in 4-5 months after resting on specially equipped areas, they are ready to give mucus again.
We select a batch of Helix Aspersa Muller snail of approximately 25 kg. The age of snails must be at least 110 days. We sort and select visually damaged and dead animals. After washing, the soaked snails are left for 72 hours to clean the intestines at room temperature.
Further, after washing under a stream of water, a batch of snails is loaded into a special machine for mucus selection, where under the influence of stress factors (vibrations and flashes of light) active release of secretory mucus occurs.
Slime enters the container through a special channel, where it collects and remains in peace until a stable state for 15-20 minutes, so that the coarsest unnecessary particles fall into the sediment. In the future, the mucus passes through the filtering stage through a filtering machine.
Microfiltration (0.2 µm) is needed to reduce the bacterial load. Microfiltered mucus is already considered "conditionally sterile". But it is worth knowing that any filtration also reduces the amount of useful substances in the product.
A certain amount of maltodextrin is added to unscrupulous mucin manufacturers. It is usually white in color and does not represent the presence of biologically active components.
We offer the following products
produced from own raw materials at own facilitiesCosmetics:
1. Liquid Filtered mucus of snail secretion
1. Mucin - sublimated filtered mucus of snail secretion
Description according to the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI)
Liquid Filtered Snail Secretion Mucus
They are used in medical and cosmetic salons and specialized clinics, but with limited periods of specialized storage.
We obtain a substance - a liquid from slightly yellow to brownish-yellow in color, well soluble in water, a purified filtrate of snail mucus secretion, which contains products of snail stress secretion - proteins, allantoin, collagen, elastin, natural antibiotics, vitamins A, C, E and hyaluronic and glycolic acid. The main ingredients and types of biological substances used in the treatment and preventive care of the connective tissue of the human skin.
Packaging-dispensing:
Snail slime liquid filtrate: double - the first p/e package for liquids with vacuum packaging and a sticker for all product parameters, date, etc., the second branded foil zip bag with a duplicating sticker for better storage during transportation.
100, 200, 500 ml
Dehydrated with the help of freeze-drying, filtrate of snail mucus, actually snail mucin (trade name), is designed for long-term storage without special conditions and is suitable for industrial use in the cosmetic industry.< /p>
The next stage is dehydration of the obtained filtrate. The process takes place with the help of special freeze drying, freezing. This makes it possible to preserve all the useful qualities of the substance completely for further use in cosmetic preparations. The resulting powder has the generic name snail mucin. It is restored with the help of water or other substances, according to the recipe of the future drug. Thanks to the almost complete absence of moisture and the use of an agreed and permitted preservative, as well as vacuum packaging, mucin remains usable for years and does not lose its qualities.
Packaging-dispensing:
Snail mucin: special packages with vacuum packaging and a sticker for all product parameters. For quantities over 10 kg, an additional cardboard drum is used.
10 g, 20 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g, 1000 g and specialized contractual quantities.
Product 1:
When adding a neutral cosmetic preservative, the storage temperature is +2 +4 degrees Celsius for 2 months, when freezing, the storage temperature is -20 degrees Celsius for 24 months.
Transportation of the frozen product in cryoboxes with cryoinlays, no longer than their expiration date or in a refrigerator.
Product 2:
It is stored and transported in production packaging at a temperature of up to +25 degrees Celsius.
Dry lyophilized (sublimated) snail mucus is stored at a temperature of +2 +25 Celsius for 36 months.
